Snow Thoughts: everything you can want in the northwest

First, the lot. A huge half-acre lot. Out back you get a pool with a swim-up bar and a rock slide, a large hot tub, a sunken lounge area with a fireplace and grill, and a basketball court that also plays pickleball.

The look: It's decorated like a bachelor pad. Leather interior design, all brand new, bringing that black, masculine look.

The kitchen: A chef-style kitchen with a large island, about 12 feet long with a waterfall edge on each end, and top-of-the-line appliances in that black-on-black look.

Upstairs: The primary suite has an LED fireplace, its own wet bar and a balcony that looks right over the pool. The primary bath is a true wet room with a standalone tub.

The price: $1.37 million, and for everything you get, that's even pretty affordable.

Snow's take: Everything you can want, living in northwest Las Vegas, where you get more bang for your buck. I love this home.
