Blue Heron brings another route through The Canyon Residences, a collection of villa, garden, and penthouse condominium residences. Merlin also lists Ascaya among the communities where it builds. These are different products and processes, and each deserves a conversation tailored to the particular residence or homesite.
When comparing options, begin with the land: orientation, grade, the approach to the home, and the way outdoor rooms will sit within the landscape. Then ask who will lead design, construction, and the community review process. The strongest proposal should make those relationships clear.
