Choose the collection as carefully as the builder.
Pulte's Las Vegas portfolio spans different scales of living. For a luxury search, the individual collection matters. Caprock at Ascension illustrates its upper-end Summerlin approach: two-story designs, personalization, and a setting near Red Rock Canyon and Downtown Summerlin.
There is an important availability distinction: Pulte's official Caprock page is marked sold out as this edition is prepared. We include it as a design reference, not as a currently available new-home release.
Elsewhere, Desert Mesa at Aries in Henderson offers smaller, single-story designs near Lake Las Vegas. It serves a different brief. Comparing these collections makes the larger point: begin with your priorities, then ask which current Pulte community fits them.
