My take on 10 Sanctuary Peak Court in Ascaya, Henderson. This was the first Scandinavian-style home I've ever toured, and it's an amazing home. Here are my tour notes and the listing basics.

Snow Thoughts: clean lines, even at the front door
Everything in this home is made with clean lines. Even the front door entry is hidden.
It has a beautiful primary suite and two separate wings, one on each side of the home.
A long hallway gives you views to the front and the back. The kitchen is stunning, and there's a nice bar.
Then there's the outdoor wing where you can sit outside and enjoy entertaining. While you're out there, both wings of the house stay unbothered. It's a great place to call home.
