First, the backyard. That pool in the backyard has an infinity edge, and the backyard is really what's going to sell this home.
Second, the balcony. The balcony views from The Fountains are the other main attraction. A ginormous game room leads you right out onto the balcony, and so does the primary suite.
Third, the space. There's a lot of space downstairs. Each and every one of the rooms downstairs is very spacious.
The primary suite: It's upstairs, with a beautiful shower and a standalone tub.
The one negative: lighting control. This home needs lighting control very badly. There are too many switches, and that makes it a nightmare to turn off the lights. For a complete remodel, it's the one thing left that needs to be done.
