I just toured 3 Isleworth Drive in Anthem Country Club, and that was an amazing home.

Snow Thoughts: this home was missing nothing
First, the floor plan. Excellent. The listing calls it the community's most sought-after floor plan.
Second, the location and position. Excellent. You have a golf view, and you still have that view of privacy. Even in a gated community with many homes, you feel private back there, because you're on a cul-de-sac.
Third, the remodel. It was done very well, with chocolate oak cabinetry and LED lighting throughout the entire kitchen.
My favorite part: above the range, they have a nice textured design wall, like a creative hub. It was excellent.
The sliders: three sliding glass panels on both sides, and they're great quality. They move very well.
The backyard: pool tile finish wrapped all the way around, and real grass.
Snow's take: if you want to feel like you're in a high-end area, you got it. A high-end home, you got it. This home was missing nothing, and I believe it's worth every penny at $2.85 million.
What I'd change: nothing, besides maybe adding a statement light fixture. But that's your choice, as an individual, personalized touch.
