Snow Thoughts: one of the best remodels I've ever toured
A 1987 home? You couldn't even tell. Everything was renovated, and there's no old-house smell. Alon Wizen and his team, with Alison Victoria, did an amazing job. They've done such an exceptional job.
Built to entertain: the moment you open the front door, you're in the party. When friends and family are over, they're right up front, and you jump right in. Then it flows straight out to the backyard for even more entertaining space.
The primary: it's off to the right, so you can join the party or close yourself off. It has its own private section and its own sanctuary with a hot tub.
Outside: tons of land, a basketball court and seven entertaining zones, right off the golf course. Even the courtyard got the treatment, with turf and palm trees that make you feel like you're living at a resort.
Inside: I love the great room and the kitchen, the custom finishes and how balanced the volume is throughout the home.
Snow's take: 3003 La Mesa Drive is one of the best homes I have ever toured, especially when it comes to a remodel. If you're looking for resort-style living, this is the one for you.
