I'm a tough critic. So when I give Mimi & Coco Bistro at Lake Las Vegas an 8 out of 10, that means something.

What an 8 means: It meets the standard of fine dining, and you're going to be pleased with the overall service, food and area, especially for Lake Las Vegas.
Not a 10. An 8. Props to Mimi & Coco: great job overall.
Snow Thoughts: what I loved
First, the spot. It's a great spot right there on the water. Nice, calm and relaxing.
Second, the ambiance. The food was really good, and the ambiance is even better. The music was a great choice.
Third, the food. I had the pasta: about $40, and tons of food.
Bottom line: I loved everything about it.
