Red Rock Country Club is one of Summerlin’s established guard-gated golf communities, known for mountain backdrops, private amenities and convenient access to Downtown Summerlin. It offers a different proposition from the newest western villages: completed streets, mature landscaping and a resale-driven market.

Red Rock Country Club highlights Arnold Palmer’s golf legacy along with tennis, pickleball, pools, fitness, dining and member programming. Membership terms are separate from real-estate ownership, so request the current club documents rather than relying on listing language.
Downtown Summerlin, the 215 and Red Rock Canyon are close, making the location practical for buyers who want an established private community without giving up west-side dining, shopping and outdoor access.

Red Rock Country Club itself is mature. The more relevant development story is outside the gates: continued homebuilding farther west and north in Summerlin, including Grand Park Village and La Madre Peaks.
