Compare attached homes, detached resale properties and available new construction without assuming the newest home automatically has the lowest total cost. Check usable room sizes, storage, garage access, outdoor privacy and spacing between buildings. Ask to see the exact homesite.
The road network and surrounding development can change the experience from one neighborhood to another. Test the routes you need, including the 215 connection that matters to you. Walk the block, notice how deliveries and guest parking work, and ask about nearby approved construction.

AMARI at UnCommons is the Italian dinner choice for this route. Make a reservation, allow time to look around the district, and use the meal to talk through the homes you saw.
