Snow Thoughts: beautiful is one thing. How it lives is everything.
I thought Towa was a beautiful home. What stayed with me was the separation between the bedrooms. The layout gave me the feeling of three distinct living zones, with enough shared space to bring everyone together when they want to.
I can picture two families sharing this home comfortably, or three adults each finding a part of the house that feels like their own. The separation between the spaces is what made that idea stand out to me on the tour.
1. A private primary retreat
In the model I toured, the primary suite was off to the right, with its own bedroom and bath. I liked having that retreat away from the secondary bedrooms. The great room, double kitchen islands, dining area and prep kitchen then form the shared heart of the home.

The dining space caught my attention, too. With the bar arrangement I saw, I could imagine using that area as an entertaining lounge. I love when a room gives you the flexibility to make it suit the way you live.

2. Two bedrooms with room to do their own thing
Across the house, the two-bedroom area felt like a place with its own rhythm. I could see the nearby entertainment or flex space serving as a study zone, a play area or a second lounge. It is the kind of separation that can help older children, visiting relatives or other household members enjoy time apart without feeling disconnected.
The outdoor connection adds to that possibility. The model’s recreation setup made me think about basketball, pickleball or another favorite activity. Outdoor additions would depend on your chosen lot, design and community approvals.
3. A front bedroom beside a flexible study
Near the front of the home, the bedroom and neighboring office created another useful zone. I would think through whether the study should stay an office or become a separate sitting area, depending on how the household lives.
Why the plan makes sense to me
For me, the strength is choice: come together in the main living space, then have somewhere else to work, relax or recharge. I can see the appeal for a household sharing across generations, for older children still at home, or for adults who value privacy under one roof. The way the spaces are separated is what I would want buyers to experience in person.

Builder details worth comparing
SHAWOOD lists a dedicated study, a reading room with a covered patio, a prep kitchen, en suite secondary bedrooms and dual primary closets. The builder's headline specifies 4.5 baths; confirm the exact selected plan and options with the sales team.
