Snow Thoughts: a modern touch on the lake
First, the gates. This home is tucked behind two gates. You have the SouthShore guard gate, then a separate gated entrance all the way toward the end of SouthShore. Then you have security gates leading into your home.
Second, the remodel. It's a complete remodel. About $275,000 in total upgrades and finishes went in, just to bring this home up to standard modern living.
Third, the style. It's not going to follow the Mediterranean and Spanish homes you're so used to seeing in Lake Las Vegas. This one gives you a modern touch on the lake.
