The lineup: three single-story plans at Sundale: Brownstone from $464,990, Bellwood and Tifton Walk from $503,900.
Snow Thoughts: the flexible single story
The flex: Bellwood works from 2 to 3 bedrooms, with one being the office.
My one downfall: just two baths. You don't have the half bath, and I'd much rather have the half bath.
The resale play: Bellwood is going to be a great selling point for buyers who don't want to buy in a 55-and-up community. When you go to resale, you get a wider market, because everybody in the market can buy it.
Snow's take: Both great floor plans. Pulte did a great job with this community at Sundale, and I like them both.
