My take on the Stella floor plan at Oasis Canyon in Aries, Pulte Homes' single-story neighborhood in Henderson's newest master-planned community. I toured a Stella with Strip views, and I think Oasis Canyon is one of the best single-story homes in the city right now.

Snow Thoughts: pick your view
I think Oasis Canyon in Aries is one of the best single-story homes in the city. You get to choose between mountain views, Strip views or both, so at the very least you're getting one or the other.
These are three of Pulte's best floor plans: the Stella, the Gardengate and the Parklane. The trade-offs: the ceilings are lower, at 9 feet, and you don't get the option of a standalone tub.
The Stella I toured is standard inventory with Strip views: about 2,210 sq. ft. with three bedrooms, a small wet bar area and an open floor plan.
I think the community is great. From what I've seen, Aries has four major parks, and the area is shaping up beautifully. There are about five communities open right now, all by Pulte Homes, and from what I'm hearing, Richmond American and D.R. Horton are making their way here soon.
Aries is right by Lake Las Vegas, so you still get to enjoy some of the village. Las Vegas is growing, and I'm loving it.

All three are single story.
Quick move-in homes and incentives
The Strip-view Stella I toured is a quick move-in home at 1083 Desert Lantern Place, listed at $669,000 (down from $716,363) and available October 2026, per Pulte. Pulte also lists quick move-in Gardengate and Parklane homes, with prices from $649,000 to $679,975.

About Aries
Aries is PulteGroup's new master-planned community in Henderson: more than 1,100 acres near Lake Las Vegas, with nearly 3,000 homes planned and a grand opening on September 16, 2026. Pulte's neighborhoods open now are Dalea, Desert Mesa, Oasis Canyon, Sora and Sundale, and Del Webb's 55+ homes are expected in 2027.
