I just toured Tifton Walk at Sundale at Aries, Pulte Homes' new single-story neighborhood in Henderson. Tifton Walk and Bellwood are the two single-story models Pulte has on display here, and this one is actually nice. Let's take a tour.

Location: Sundale at Aries by Pulte Homes, 1106 Maravilla Pl, Henderson, NV 89015, inside Aries, PulteGroup's new 1,100-acre master plan in east Henderson.
The lineup: three single-story plans at Sundale: Brownstone from $464,990, Bellwood from $494,990 and Tifton Walk.
Snow Thoughts: just enough, in all the right places
First, the price. $503K. That's a great starting price, and I have no complaints.
The space: three bedrooms, two and a half baths and 1,920 square feet. It was just enough.
The one thing I missed: an office. Pulte does offer an option to turn bedroom 3 into a den.
Out back: excellent backyard coverage.
The look: Tifton Walk is here in the southeast, and Pulte also did a northwest product with the same modern upgrades.
Snow's take: Excellent home. Pulte did a great job with this community at Sundale.
Tifton Walk or Bellwood?
Tifton Walk gives you the half bath. Bellwood has just two baths, and I'd much rather have the half bath.

The third plan, Brownstone, wasn't on display.
