As of September 23, 2026, Lennar's Las Vegas page says rate buydowns and closing-cost assistance are available on select homes through Lennar Mortgage. Terms vary by home and change often, so ask for the written terms before you commit.
Antonio's new-build checklist
Bring your agent on your very first visit or registration. Many builders only honor agent representation when the agent is registered at the first contact.
Ask for the included-features list for the exact plan and collection, then price only the upgrades you really want.
Compare a to-be-built home with quick move-in homes. Incentives are often tied to move-in ready inventory and a specific closing window.
Check whether an incentive requires the builder's own lender, and compare it against an outside loan quote.
Walk the actual lot: orientation, backyard size, neighbors, future construction and the HOA.
