A home that starts working at the front door
SHAWOOD lists drop zones at both the front and garage entries, plus dedicated cleaning storage. The design also includes a secondary bedroom with its own bathroom.
Start your walkthrough with the things you carry home: groceries, shoes, a work bag and everything that tends to land on a counter. Where would each item go? Then imagine a guest arriving while someone else is working or resting. These small routines reveal whether a floor plan feels organized for you, without needing every room to be larger.
A prep kitchen and an outdoor connection
The published layout connects the great room to a covered patio and includes a separate prep kitchen. The primary bathroom is described with a freestanding tub.
For the kitchen, compare the actual included appliance and storage package with what appears in the imagery. Think through where you would prepare food, serve guests and clean up afterward. Outside, picture your own furniture rather than the staging. Ask how the patio relates to the specific lot, afternoon sun and neighboring construction before deciding how you would use it.
What to check on your Snow Tour
Bring a few real measurements: your dining table, your favorite sofa and anything you are not planning to replace. Check circulation with those pieces in mind. Open storage doors, follow the route from the garage to the kitchen and compare the space around beds rather than the beds alone. A second visit at a different time of day can help you judge the light you would actually live with. The goal is not to approve every design choice; it is to discover which choices already fit your routine.
Compare the other Orchards plans
Use the four-plan gallery to compare room placement, not just the price labels. Treat the advertised starting price as a starting point, not an all-in quote. Request a written price for your selected plan, homesite, elevation and options. Separate the costs that are included from the selections you see in the imagery, and confirm availability before making tour or purchase plans.

Bathroom counts above follow the builder's headline specifications; the same pages' Home Details sections show lower whole-number counts. Confirm the selected floor plan and bathroom configuration in writing.
