Kagari's published layout invites that conversation. Consider how much separation your household needs before deciding which spaces deserve the biggest share of your budget.

The secondary-bedroom wing is the conversation starter
SHAWOOD describes a secondary-bedroom wing with a bonus room, en suite bathrooms for the secondary bedrooms and a separate primary retreat.
Think of the bonus room as a possible second destination, rather than overflow space that has to earn a purpose later. A reading area, games table or quiet sitting arrangement could each lead to a different furniture plan. Look at the routes between rooms, available doors and likely sound paths. Bedroom separation alone should not be mistaken for an independent residence or a guarantee of privacy.
Shared spaces still deserve a close look
The design pairs a great room and dining area with a covered patio and prep kitchen. Its published headline also lists a four-car garage.
During a tour, focus on the transition between cooking, dining and relaxing. Can people move comfortably when chairs are pulled out? Where would you put the items that are usually hidden in staging? For the garage, bring your vehicle and storage measurements. The number of spaces does not tell you whether your particular vehicles, shelving or recreation equipment will fit the way you expect.
What to check on your Snow Tour
Start with a busy evening, not a special occasion. Imagine someone using the main room while another person reads, works or rests elsewhere. Would the layout support those activities without constant compromises? Next, revisit the plan with overnight visitors in mind and consider access to shared spaces. Ask which doors, finishes and storage arrangements are included, and which photographs show optional selections. Make the choices tangible before comparing the final homesite quotes.

Open Kagari alongside the other Orchards guides and trace the daily routes with your finger: bedroom to kitchen, garage to storage, dining area to outdoors. Treat the advertised starting price as a starting point, not an all-in quote. Request a written price for your selected plan, homesite, elevation and options. Separate the costs that are included from the selections you see in the imagery, and confirm availability before making tour or purchase plans.

Bathroom counts above follow the builder's headline specifications; the same pages' Home Details sections show lower whole-number counts. Confirm the selected floor plan and bathroom configuration in writing.
