My take on Kagari at SHAWOOD's The Orchards in Northwest Las Vegas: how it flows, why the bedroom layout works for families and why it's made for big gatherings. Photos, the starting price and my tour notes are below.

Snow Thoughts: this one flows
Kagari flows really well, and the gathering space was done well. If your family gets together a lot, this is definitely one of the homes I'd show you.
1. Three bedrooms on the left, with room to share
I love that the three bedrooms are on the left. That gives you extra living space that the kids, or the older adults in the family, can actually share.
SHAWOOD lists a bonus room with that secondary-bedroom wing and an en suite bath for each secondary bedroom.
2. Dining built into the island
There's no designated dining space, but I like that it's all incorporated into the island. It also has a prep kitchen for the behind-the-scenes cooking when you're hosting.

3. It leads right outside
This is one of the homes I'd show for big family gatherings because it leads right outside. That gives you extra outdoor space to entertain and feed everybody.

Why the plan makes sense to me
For a big family, Kagari checks the boxes. It flows, the gathering space works, the bedrooms give everyone their own area with space to share, and the party can move right outside.
Builder details worth comparing
SHAWOOD lists a secondary-bedroom wing with a bonus room, en suite secondary bedrooms, a prep kitchen, a covered patio and a four-car garage. Ask me about the half-acre homesites in the first release and options like an RV garage, a casita or a pool cabana.
