Snow Thoughts: a great layout with room to grow
First, the layout. This home has a great layout, with the primary suite upstairs. Out front, you've got a park and a riverbed, and you're in a great area.
Second, what's already done. They completely redid the downstairs flooring for you: all LVP. And the appliances are already upgraded.
Third, the flex rooms. You have two rooms downstairs that you can use as bedrooms, or one as an office and one as a bedroom. I think the office and the bedroom make more sense.
The backyard: It's big enough for a pool, so there's still a lot of equity to be gained here.
Where the sweat equity is
• Change out the railing
• Redo the kitchen (the appliances are already upgraded)
• Upgrade the baths
• Add a pool: the backyard has the room
Snow's take: If you're looking for something to build sweat equity, this is it. In my opinion, there's so much equity left here that it can last you the next 10 years, if you do the work now.
The neighborhood
Boulder Creek: The neighborhood is great, and it's gated. People here get into the holidays. Homes are already decorated for Halloween.
