Lyra at Sunstone, northwest Las Vegas: gated single-family, Collection One from about $534K–$537K, Collection Two from $669,950.
Capella at Sunstone: 3 to 4 bedrooms from about $589K–$600K.
Cadence, Henderson: Ashwood from $479,950, Adair from $538,950, Serenata from $500,950, plus Ambridge, Acacia and Meridian (Meridian from about $345K).
Current financing
As of September 23, 2026, Woodside advertises 4.999% (5.737% APR) special financing on select homes. The builder did not list an end date, so ask for the written terms.
