Snow Thoughts: a great floor plan, and my third pick
I've seen the Rocco floor plan before, and it's a great floor plan. Richmond American released what I consider their best three single-story plans in the city, all in one location right here at Cactus Bloom.
What Richmond American lists
• A courtyard entrance
• An expansive great room that flows into a nook and a formal dining room
• An open kitchen anchored by a large island that backs to a covered patio
• A private study for working from home
• A primary suite with a spa-like bath and dual walk-in closets
