My take on the Rowan by Richmond American at Cactus Bloom, way up at the top of Summerlin in La Madre Peaks. Of the three plans, this was my favorite. Photos, the starting price and my tour notes are below.

Snow Thoughts: why the Rowan is Snow's favorite
The Rowan is Snow's favorite of the three. Why? Because it delivers. As soon as you walk in, it gives you that nice luxurious touch, that instant gratification of luxury.
You get the slider to see straight to the backyard, and the model has an amazing pool. When I pick the best home out of the three, the backyard plays a big role, and this one was done exceptionally well. That backyard plus this floor plan makes for an incredible home.
It flows. One side of the home is the bedrooms, with a den on the left side tucked in the front. The kitchen and gathering room are all in the common areas, with that luxurious touch and feel, and they lead you straight out to that well-done backyard.
The primary suite and office are all on one side, so you can occupy just that side of the home and live in it like a one-person home. That's great flow.
Model pools, landscaping and furnishings are typically extras. Ask me what's included with a specific home.
