Komodo at Fontainebleau Review: Get the Chilean Sea Bass | Snow Thoughts

ANTONIO SNOW • SNOW GROUP • LAS VEGAS STRIP
Stop two of our night out at Fontainebleau Las Vegas was Komodo. Komodo was a great restaurant.
Snow Thoughts: get the sea bass
The Chilean sea bass. Great taste. And I love how they served it, with a light salad on the side.
The sushi. The sushi was okay. Not bad: each one was decent.
Bottom line: Komodo is a great restaurant, and I want to go back and try more of the menu. I'll update this post when I do.
The details
• Where: inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas, 2777 S. Las Vegas Blvd., on the north end of the Strip

My night out at Fontainebleau
Stop 1: Bleau Bar for drinks, right in the middle of the casino
Stop 2: Komodo for dinner and that Chilean sea bass (you're reading it)
Stop 3: Nowhere Lounge for live performances and an old-school vibe
