Tour new construction with representation
Builders’ sales teams represent the builder. Bringing your own agent on your first visit typically costs you nothing extra and gives you someone to compare lots, incentives, lender offers and contract terms on your side. Many builders require your agent to register you on the first visit, so call or text Antonio before you walk into a model.
How to use this guide
Prices, incentives and availability were checked on builder websites on September 22, 2026 unless noted, and they change often — sometimes weekly. “From” prices usually exclude homesite premiums, options and HOA/SID costs. Confirm every figure with the builder before relying on it. Photos and names belong to their builders; this guide is independent and is not sponsored by any builder.
