ANTONIO SNOW • SNOW GROUP • LAKE LAS VEGAS
I just got done touring three Next Gen homes at Piazza Paradiso in Lake Las Vegas. The Paul Next Gen is your open-floor-plan Next Gen home.
The plan at a glance
From $825,990 • 3,990 sq. ft. • 4 bedrooms • 3.5 baths • 3-car garage • two story
Community: Serena at Piazza Paradiso by Lennar, in Lake Las Vegas, Henderson, NV 89011. It's gated, and Lennar estimates the HOA at about $241 a month, with FisionX WiFi included.
Snow Thoughts: open floor plan, two entries
Open floor plan. The Paul is your open-floor-plan Next Gen unit.
Two separate entries. It features two separate entries, so the Next Gen suite gets its own way in.
Outside: just a covered porch area. That's the main difference between the Paul and the Justin, because the Justin adds a courtyard space. And like the others, there's no balcony access.
Talking luxury: the Paul can have the built-in refrigerator and the full-range Monogram appliances. That is luxury.
Where it ranks: the Rocco is my all-time number one, and the Justin is the one with the courtyard. The Paul gets you the Next Gen setup at the lowest starting price of the three.
What Lennar lists
• A private first-level Next Gen® suite with a separate entrance, living area, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom
• An open-concept kitchen, living and dining area
• A versatile second-floor loft with three bedrooms around it
• An owner's suite with a spa-inspired bathroom and a walk-in closet
• A Monogram 48-inch built-in side-by-side refrigerator and a Monogram 48-inch dual-fuel professional range with six burners and a griddle
• A 3-car garage, a tankless water heater and a Schlage smart WiFi deadbolt
