Justin Next Gen at Piazza Paradiso: The One With the Courtyard | Snow Thoughts
ANTONIO SNOW • SNOW GROUP • LAKE LAS VEGAS
I just got done touring three Next Gen homes at Piazza Paradiso in Lake Las Vegas. The Justin Next Gen has everything the Paul has, plus a courtyard space.
The plan at a glance
From $1,019,990 • 4,270 sq. ft. • 5 bedrooms • 4.5 baths • 3-car garage • two story
Community: Serena at Piazza Paradiso by Lennar, in Lake Las Vegas, Henderson, NV 89011. It's gated, and Lennar estimates the HOA at about $241 a month, with FisionX WiFi included.
Snow Thoughts: the one with the courtyard
The courtyard. The Justin has a courtyard space and all the features that the Paul has. That's the main difference between the Justin and the Paul.
The only one. None of these plans has balcony access, and the Justin is the only one with a courtyard space. I believe the Rocco may have a small one.
Next Gen living: like the Paul, you get two separate entries and the Next Gen suite, inside a still-open floor plan.
Talking luxury: it can have the built-in refrigerator and the full-range Monogram appliances. That is luxury.
Where it ranks: the Rocco is still my all-time number one. But if a courtyard is on your list, the Justin is the one to see.
What Lennar lists
• A first-floor Next Gen® suite with a separate entrance, living area, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom
• An open-concept kitchen, living and dining area
• A versatile second-floor loft surrounded by four bedrooms
• An owner's suite with a spa-inspired bathroom and a walk-in closet
• A Monogram 48-inch built-in side-by-side refrigerator and a Monogram 48-inch dual-fuel professional range with six burners and a griddle
• A 3-car garage, a tankless water heater and a Schlage smart WiFi deadbolt
