Rocco Next Gen at Piazza Paradiso: My All-Time Number One | Snow Thoughts
ANTONIO SNOW • SNOW GROUP • LAKE LAS VEGAS
I just got done touring three Next Gen homes at Piazza Paradiso in Lake Las Vegas, and the Rocco Next Gen is my all-time number one.
The plan at a glance
From $1,169,990 • 5,170 sq. ft. • 7 bedrooms • 6.5 baths • 4-car garage • two story
Community: Serena at Piazza Paradiso by Lennar, in Lake Las Vegas, Henderson, NV 89011. It's gated, and Lennar estimates the HOA at about $241 a month, with FisionX WiFi included.
Snow Thoughts: my all-time number one
Why it's number one. The Rocco features the junior suite, the super loft, the Next Gen suite and another bedroom downstairs. That's what makes it really sweet. Pun intended.
The biggest plan. The Rocco is the largest floor plan here, and it has a bar feature upstairs, just in case you'd like to entertain.
Downstairs: two bedrooms, the Next Gen suite plus another bedroom with a bath. There's also a half bath right outside, so that's three baths downstairs.
Upstairs: the junior suite and the super loft. Lennar lists 7 bedrooms in all.
Outside: no balcony access on this one. I believe the Rocco may have a small courtyard space, so ask me about it.
Talking luxury: it's still an open floor plan, and it can have the built-in refrigerator and the full-range Monogram appliances. That is luxury.
What Lennar lists
• A first-floor Next Gen® suite with its own entrance, living area, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and laundry area
• An open-concept kitchen, living and dining area, plus a secluded bedroom in a private rear corner
• Upstairs: a loft, four bedrooms and the owner's suite, with a full bath and a walk-in closet
• A Monogram 48-inch built-in side-by-side refrigerator and a Monogram 48-inch dual-fuel professional range with six burners and a griddle
• A 4-car garage, a tankless water heater and a Schlage smart WiFi deadbolt
